The Patterson Center for Resiliency LLC is a rapidly growing group practice located in Colorado Springs. We specialize in trauma, attachment, and related disorders for families, children, and adults.
We are seeking a new licensed or unlicensed clinician for up to 30 hours a week. At this time all interviews and most services are virtual. Applicants have the option of being completely virtual or hybrid at our Colorado Springs location.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Applicable and active provisionary license in Colorado to practice mental health therapy, such as LSW, SWC, LPCC, or MFTC. Other licensures will not be considered.
- Good standing with DORA
- At least one year experience conducting individual/family trauma therapy, such as EMDR, TF-CBT, IFS, or CPT
- Ability to begin position quickly (within 30 days)
- Completion of attached assessments: Case Management & Social Work, Work style: Conscientiousness.

- Social workers
- EMDR trained
- Experience with couples and families
- Experience with children/teens as well as adults
Positions are available for the following hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. We are closed Wednesdays and weekends.
8:00am-4:30pm
9:30am-6:00pm
Job Description:
- This is an hourly paid position (W2, not 1099), not a fee split. That is, you are paid for your time regardless of whether or not a session is held or reimbursed.
- Provide psychotherapy for youth and adults using evidence based models.
- Maintain a caseload of roughly 25 clients per week.
- As needed, participate in making referral calls, networking, social media public education, and other duties as assigned.
- Participate in team meeting (group supervision) and individual supervision weekly.
- Maintain good standing with all applicable boards and licensures.
- Be able to stand, bend, twist as needed and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Have a high attention to detail to be able to maintain compliance, complete documentation within 24 hours, and follow all policies and procedures.
- Have a high level of professionalism, ethics, and commitment to providing high quality psychotherapy.
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic, fun, and welcoming team.
