We are looking for a Substance Abuse Program Director for our Women’s Program in Sunny Fort Lauderdale!
Do you have experience in the substance abuse/mental health field?
Have you supervised therapist previously? must have supervisory experience.
Do you currently hold a LCSW or a LMHC License?

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:.
- Responsible for weekly review of all clinical charts at their program location to ensure content adheres to contracted guidelines, standards, specifications, etc.
- Responsible for participating in all clinical aspects of monitoring, certification and accreditation meetings.
- Responsible for new clinical staff training
- Responsible for the management of program staff, including their scheduling and monitoring of leave and attendance..
- Facilitate weekly clinical staff meetings, providing agenda, attendance and meeting minutes.
- Attend monthly meetings with Chief Operating Officer
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Must have a Masters Degree & be LMHC or LCSW
Five years in addiction or mental health treatment and 1-2 years’ supervisory experience.
Must be able to work within a flexible schedule as determined by the COO.
