Spirituality and Compassionate Care Coordinator
Salary: $45,000 – $60,000

What you’ll do:
The person in this position is responsible to minister to a diverse group of individuals, who currently reside at Fulton State Hospital for mental health treatment, and are from a variety of cultural, ethnic backgrounds; and religious and spiritual beliefs.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced theological degree from an accredited seminary.
- Completed 4 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE).
- At least 2 years of service as a chaplain.
- Denominational endorsement is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a behavioral health facility is helpful, but not required.
- National board certification through APC, NACC, CPSP or other certifying organizations is encouraged.
