Job Overview
We are seeking a Social Worker (LICSW/LCSW*) or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to serve in a critical role matching, Patients with the appropriate treatment options (group, individual, outpatient etc.) and overcome obstacles to accessing resources. You will work in an integrated behavioral health program as a member of the Pediatric Clinic, alongside fellow behavioral health clinicians, primary care physicians, nurses and community health workers to provide comprehensive care for children and families.

Experience and Considerations:
- At least two (2) years clinical experience , working with services connected to social determinants of health
- We will consider LCSW’s who are working towards the completion of their LICSW
- Experience with pediatric & adolescent patients a plus but not required
- Family Services, individual therapy
- Spanish, Portuguese and Creole preferred
- Familiar with identifying and assessing psycho-social behaviors that may be impeding a patient’s daily living and activities
- Strength based service planning for children and their families
- Comfortable working with Department of Children and Families Services (DCF)
Required Education & Other Credentials:
- Education: Master’s Level Degree and License eligible
- Experience: Two years of clinical work in pediatric behavioral health required
- Certification/Licensure: Current MA licensure (LCSW,LICSW,LMHC)*
- Software/Hardware: Proficient with MS Office Suite and Electronic Health Record software
- Communication skills: proficient writing and verbal skills.
- Spanish, Portuguese or Creole speakers preferred.
