We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to act as advocate and assist our homecare agency with senior client referrals. This position is ideal for candidates who are currently working and work as senior advocates in hospitals, assisted/independent living, hospice care, insurance companies, etc.
Position Requirements
- Licensed certified social worker
- Currently working as a social worker or case manager with the aging adult population
- Located in Northern Virginia (Alexandria, Arlington, Woodbridge, Falls Church, Ashburn, Springfield, McLean, etc)
