Greater Portland Health is looking for a part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide integrated mental health services in a community health setting.
The social worker will be responsible for performing biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing individual and group counseling and crisis intervention at our School Based Health Centers. This person will be an integral member of an inter-disciplinary health care team to support patients’ emotional health and wellbeing and to provide quality patient care through the promotion of health equity, diversity, and inclusion. Experience providing care to culturally and linguistically diverse communities and trauma informed mental health services preferred.

Job Requirements:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a conditional license by the State of Maine.
