Behavior Blossoms LLC is a little bit different from the average ABA provider, and is looking for ethical, flexible, dependable, skilled and passionate RBTs who are a good fit for us. Qualifications:
-Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential in good standing required (RBT) *We can help you obtain this credential!! Interns may be required to complete their internship at our clinic locations!

–18 years or older with an eligible Level 2 background screening

-High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred)

-2 years work or volunteer experience with children, individuals with developmental or behavioral concerns preferred

-Medicaid provider 39 credentials preferred but NOT REQUIRED

-2 References

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide 1:1 direct therapeutic support for children with developmental and behavior concerns or disabilities

-Works under the supervision and reports to assigned BCaBAs and BCBAs

-Collects accurate session data for skill acquisition and maladaptive behaviors

-Follows the implementation of client specific behavior plan with fidelity

-Follows schedule as designed by behavior team

-Embraces a respectful, empathetic, gentle and playful approach to therapy

-Maintain ethical standards and have a positive attitude!
