Bright Behavior, Inc. was founded with the goal of providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapies to children with developmental disabilities, ages two through six, in a caring and learning center-based environment, where patients thrive and therapists grow. We are now hiring for 2 full-time positions to work on Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm shift.
Responsibilities:
- Implement BCBA treatment plans by working 1:1 with children aged two to seven to decrease maladaptive behavior and increase desired behavior
- Collect data and document progress to determine treatment plan effectiveness
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and other center-based therapists and staff
- Receive supervision and feedback from center-based BCBAs and implement new or modified interventions as indicated by the BCBAs
- Arrive at scheduled sessions on time and with all necessary materials needed for work
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patients’ and families’ personal information
- Adhere to the ethical guidelines of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
- Perform all physical requirements of this position which can include walking, running, bending over, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being on your feet for several hours at a time
- Other reasonable duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- High energy and fun personality
- At least one years’ experience working with children
- Pass criminal background check
- CPR or BLS Certified
- RBT certified or completion of the 40 hour RBT training coursework
- Some college coursework is preferred but not required
