Job Overview
RBTs who join ABA Solutions benefit from autonomy in choosing cases that best fit their experience and will enjoy working with a team of behavior analysts who provide exceptional training and guidance. Those pursuing higher education also have access to more specialized supervision and training. Full-time employee positions are available for RBTs in the Sarasota area. This position provides a multitude of opportunities to serve diverse cases and clients while receiving opportunities for direct supervision from knowledgeable BCBAs. We work with clients of all ages and abilities, and opportunities are available to provide services in a variety of settings: family homes, community settings, group homes, the clinic, and public and private schools.
RBT Duties
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician
- Medicaid Provider preferred but not required
- Work under the direction of a BCBA
- Intensive implementation of behavior reduction and social skill acquisition procedures including, but not limited to, ABLLS-R programming, AFLS programming, and leisure skill programs.
- Conducting caregiver training and proficiency monitoring checks. Providing feedback to improve caregiver/teacher performance of skills outlined in the Behavior Analysis Support Plan.
- Assist in entering and graphing data
- Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements
