Position Summary:

MindFit Services, a division of Mindful Care, is seeking New York state-licensed master’s degree level Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide psychotherapy via telehealth. MindFit is the expanding psychotherapy service of Mindful Care, New York’s first urgent care for mental health. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work in an active environment. Flexibility, ability to collaborate on a motivated team, excellent work ethic, and strong clinical skills are a must. Salary is highly competitive with a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide Individual and Group Therapy sessions inside a uniquely structured model
• Attend clinical meetings
• Participate in department training
• Following strict ethical and clinical guidelines
• Patient-first mentality

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree and valid clinical license to practice in New York
• Insurance-eligible through CMS
• CBT trained and fluent
• Strong communication, patient/customer care, and leadership abilities
• Ability to organize and time-manage
• Team-player
• Desire to work with diverse populations
• LGBTQ ally, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus

Salary:

$80,000-$100,000 per annum

Schedule:

Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm; variable

This position is 100% remote.
