**Length of limited service appointments are determined by the availability of funds such as grants, alternative funding sources and/or timeframes such as pilot projects, alternative funding sources or program termination.
- Support Clinicians with crisis intervention, assessment, triage, safety planning, and linkage to community resources
- Provide case management services for adults experiencing symptoms of a mental illness
- Interact with clients and families
- Provide encouragement and psychoeducation on symptom management and pro social community interactions
- Visit clients and collateral contacts to observe clients and services; ensuring the least restrictive environment and treatment alternatives
- Monitor medication compliance and provide emergency crisis intervention
- Answer and triage calls
- Co-respond with mobile crisis team
- Provide short term support to clients in crisis
- Good knowledge of human services principles and practices to include behavioral management methods, social and family systems, cognitive behavioral education, and case management methods. This requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, behavioral science, education, or healthcare from a nationally accredited university or college. Your bachelor’s degree must have included at least twenty-one (21) semester credit hours (or quarter hour equivalent) in human service fields such as psychology, social work, special education, counseling, and psychosocial rehabilitation.
- Computer literacy for data entry, electronic mail, composing reports and letters, and storing and retrieving documents.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
