Job Overview
Job Summary: Under general direction, the Program Therapist oversees mental health treatment for senior adults as ordered by the medical director; participates as part of a multidisciplinary team to complete case management, treatment planning, diagnostic assessments and discharge planning for senior adults in a behavioral health setting. Teletherapy opportunities may apply.
Job Requirements:
Job Requirements: Any combination of training, education and/or experience which provides knowledge, skills and abilities and required conditions of employment listed. A Master’s Degree is required. One year experience in facilitating group, family and individual counseling sessions is desirable. Previous experience in treating senior adults is also desirable. Must be licensed in the state of Oklahoma as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marital and Family Therapy (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, (LCSW). Additional licensure as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP) could also prove beneficial but is not required.
