With our Agency’s mission to support the recovery of people with mental illnesses, we provide a complete array of medical and support services for children, adults, and families throughout South Carolina.
This position is located at the Department of Mental Health, Aiken Barnwell Mental Health Center (Aiken Office) 1135 Gregg Hwy. Aiken, SC 29801.
Job Purpose
Provides leadership and management for Adult Services at ABMHC to promote the recovery of people with mental illnesses while ensuring delivery of effective, efficient and quality mental health services.
Job Functions
2. Provides direct services to identified patient caseload.
3. Ensures caseload guidelines are met for staff, department and center and patients receive cares based on LOC.
4. Ensures documentation meets federal, state and CARF guidelines.
5. Networks with community to educate about mental health, access to treatment and services provided by ABMHC.
6. Complies with Corporate Compliance and agency Risk Management Plans.
7. Recruits, develops, and retains a competent, culturally, diverse, motivated and productive workforce and pursues professional development through collegial consultation and continuing educational activities and professional licensure in SC.
8.Performs other duties as required
A bachelor’s degree and relevant program experience.
