Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Sun-Rise Living Behavior Health Services, LLC is a friendly, fast-growing agency seeking positions for Master’s Level Mental Health Therapists.

We are located on the Southside of Jacksonville at 6266 Dupont Station Court E. Jacksonville, FL 32217.

Mental Health Therapists requires candidates to have a Master’s degree in Psychology, and/or related field. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

Positions involve providing outpatient services in the patients office visits, in provision of therapeutic services. Due to COVID-19, we are also providing services via Telehealth. This position also involves completing Intakes and Treatment plans/ reviews for each client assigned. Therapists are also required to attend mandatory in office treatment team meetings.

Flexible scheduling allows therapists to create your own schedule. Therapists are required to maintain a good rapport with the patients and see the clients’ bi-weekly. This position offers a plethora of experience due to a variety of client diagnoses, and the ability to work with both adults and children ages 3 and up. There is also the opportunity to engage clients in other programs such as Individual & Group therapy, Substance abuse treatment, Case management, Psycho-social Rehabilitation Counseling, as well as Medication Management as the need arises.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology and/or related field (required)
• 2 year of experience (Preferred)
• National Provider Identification Number (Preferred)

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
