Job Summary:
In addition to being responsible for performing the standard duties & responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Psych Technician, this position functions in a lead support role assisting leadership in the areas of technical operations, personnel management, quality control and financial management.
Required Qualifications:
- Require a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Multi Skilled Psych Technician role.
– Require BLS/CPR certification within 90-days of hire, and must be maintained throughout employment. – Require Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 90-days of hire, and must be maintained throughout employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer experience/demonstrated competence/training to perform Phlebotomy.
- Prefer experience/demonstrated competence/ training to perform Point of Care testing/Fingersticks for Blood Glucose monitoring.
- Prefer experience/demonstrated competence/training in relevant components of Behavioral Health care, including BLS Instruction, CPI Instruction.
Mandatory Education:
HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
Required License and Certs:
FDL: Valid Driver’s License
