Job Overview
Crisis workers showcase their competencies in short-term care by establishing goals for clients and aids in achieving them after a crisis. This is the first step to stabilize high risk events and is important to bring peace of mind to customers and the community. Our team of crisis workers highlight necessary services, provide information to interest groups, screen referrals and use organizational skills to complete clinical records and also work collaboratively with law enforcement and other community partners.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Successful candidates must possess a master’s degree from an accredited college in psychology, social work or another human service-related field with an increased wage for those possessing an LPC, LCSW, or PhD.
- The ability to pass as criminal background check, possess a valid driver’s license and agency approved auto insurance coverage.
