Compass Rose Counseling is hiring a part time mental health therapist for our Pueblo West office. Flexible hours and the support, tools and structure to thrive in a group private practice!
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Social Work or Clinical Psychology; Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
3+ years of clinical experience preferred
Consistently provide high quality, evidence based and client centered treatment
Have general liability and malpractice insurance within the limits required by the State of Colorado
Display integrity, a strong work ethic and timely documentation skills
Adhere to all legal and ethical requirements set forth by your licensing agency/code of ethics
Responsibilities include:
Provide intake sessions, treatment planning and therapy to assigned clients
Provide counseling to individuals and potentially to couples, families or groups
Consult with outside professionals and agencies to provide continuity of care
Complete and maintain documentation according to state and federal guidelines
Preferred Skills:
Computer literacy: This includes knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) and familiarity with the internet and email communications
Experience and comfort working with a diverse client population
Flexibility: You should be able to work independently and as a positive member of a team as well.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Common services are cleaned and sanitized regularly and contact with clients who have been exposed or are symptomatic is not recommended. We currently have a policy in place regarding clients rescheduling or using telehealth services if they are ill.
