Summary: The Mental Health Care Associate participates as a member of the patient care team in the implementation of patient care plans.
Qualifications: BLS Required. CPI required within 30 days of hire. CNA Certification preferred. Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in a behavioral health setting Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively within established channels of communication. Sets goals for own professional growth and seeks educational resources necessary for achievement and currency in practice OR equivalent combination of the above
