Job Overview
We are looking for a Clinician for an Independent Contractor position at Discovery Mental Health Counseling, PLLC, which is hosted by Nurture We, LLC. Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is preferred. Our practice is currently fully remote. We are currently looking for clinicians eligible for their limited permit for this position.
We will provide you with a clinical supervisor who will conduct weekly supervision and will sign off on your license hours. The ideal candidate will be VERY comfortable working with a caseload of a variety of clients from diverse backgrounds. Your caseload will be on a flexible schedule and you can work part-time or full-time. We strive to provide education and resources and training whenever possible for our team members as well.
Strong writing and customer service skills are a must! The ideal candidate will be flexible, have a passion for working with a diverse population, and be willing to learn. They will need to be extremely organized and have a keen sense of details. We offer a supportive team and a positive environment, with room to grow.
We are looking for people who are tired of moving around frequently, and want to find a practice they can call “HOME.” We are proud to have a very low employee turnover rate with our clinicians over the last 3 years, and almost all of our interns have remained with us onboard. We have a strong focus on work/self-care balance. We have a close-knit team that works together and helps build each other up, and we provide training and CE from time to time for the staff. We are looking for someone who can have flexibility with evening/weekend times.
