Licensed Mental Health Therapist (remote in CA)

Hilber Psychological Services is a small group practice providing therapy to children, teens, adults, couples and families. We work with a wide range of issues from anxiety and depression to trauma and parenting. We strive for efficiency and great communication so you can work with your clients easily without additional stressors and have a nice work-life balance.

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with experience in working with children and teens to join our team remotely!

Qualifications

• Licensed with the California BBS or BoP as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist
• Located in California
• Experience with children, teens and/or parenting issues (2+ years)
• Possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work two days (6-8 clients per day) via telehealth from home

Responsibilities:

• Meet with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families for outpatient psychotherapy according to training and areas of expertise
• Create client treatment plans and goals
• Ensure treatment follows goals outlined in the treatment plan
• Complete intake notes and progress notes each session (we have an efficient and effective EHR)
• Ensure proper charting is completed on day service is rendered
• Attend biweekly case consultation as needed

Summary

• Work with your favorite clients and focus on the Clinical work that you love without worrying about referrals, intake coordination, business, or billing!
• We apply to and manage Insurance Credentialing for you as many of our clients prefer to use insurance. This process takes 3-6 months so there is an easy, graduated startup
