The Role

We are seeking a licensed clinician who is passionate about working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, children, couples, and families.  You’ll have the opportunity to tailor your caseload by choosing from individual therapy, group therapy, psychological testing, or any combination that aligns with your interests and strengths.  This full-time hybrid position offers the ideal balance of autonomy and support.  You’ll enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule and vacation time, allowing you to build a career that reflects your values and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Florida as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Active malpractice insurance
• Commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: Starting at $55/hour (commensurate with experience and credentials)
• Earning Potential: $66,000 – $200,000+ annually
