- Eastwood Clinic Location in Southfield, MI – Male Residential Facility
- Full-time / 40 hrs weekly – Either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday. Associate’s choice
- Weekend hours are paid at an increased rate

- Full Licensure with CAADC preferred. Lead Clinician oversees a team of 3-4 clinicians plus interns, providing trauma informed SUD/COD care within a team setting. Lead Clinician carries a smaller case load than standard Clinicians who have up to 10 clients. Must have high quality standards, assertive communication, and problem solving skills.
- Those with Limited License may apply for a standard Clinical position within the same team and same quality of trauma informed care. Must have MCBAP development plan or credentials.

What You Will Do:
- Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals.
- Administer individual and group therapy. Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations.
- Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Provide patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
- Work directly with the patient, family, physician and community providers to ensure active and collaborate care from the initiation of treatment to the time of discharge.
What You Will Need:
- One or more of the following required:
- Licensed Master Social Worker credentialed from the Michigan Board of Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- Licensed Counselor credentialed from the Michigan Board of Counseling obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- Licensed Psychologist credentialed from the Michigan Board of Psychology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Any issuing authority accepted. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree, or Technical degree required.
