• $70,000 – $80,000 (Fully-licensed)
• $54,000 – $68,000 for (Under-licensed)
• Retention Sign-on Bonus!
• $2,500 for (Under-licensed)
• $5,000 for (Fully-licensed)
• Location: Downtown Salt Lake City, UT

The Therapist Role and How You WILL Make a Difference
The Therapist’s role is a vital position to our Valley communities as they specialize in helping clients develop better cognitive and emotional skills, reduce symptoms of mental illness, and cope with various life challenges to improve their lives. Therapists are superheroes that:

• Provide individual, group, mental health, and/or substance abuse therapy for assigned caseload.
• Respond professionally as you provide compassionate, proactive, crisis intervention for walk-in clients as well as responding to individuals who call in crisis requesting services or needing emergency intervention.
• Document services are provided using our Online Medical Record.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and apply general, evidence-based principles to specific conditions.

Who We’d Love to Join Our Team
The Forensics Program helps clients on parole and probation who have been referred into treatment by the criminal justice system. Forensics offers mental health outpatient services, treatment for domestic violence offenders, substance use disorder treatment, and intensive outpatient services.
For this role and program, we are looking for someone who has:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
• Current or pending certification as either: CSW, LCSW, AMFT, LMFT, ACMHC, CMHC
• 2+ years experience within social services
• 2+ years experience providing customer service
