You are an excellent fit for this opportunity if you have:

• A passion for working with families and adolescents 
• Capacity to be flexible as a community-based clinician to meet with families in an office setting and in their homes 
• The ability to be self-directed and to work as  part of a team
• BBS registration (MFT, AMFT, LCSW, ASW)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• A commitment to embody TLC’s mission and values
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• CA driver’s license and capacity to use own vehicle for company travel (mileage compensation provided)

Starting salary range:

• AMFT/ASW range: $70,720 – $79,595.98, depending on experience and bilingual proficiency
• LMFT/LCSW range: $76,960 – $86,619.16, depending on experience and bilingual proficiency
