Position Overview

As a Licensed Counselor, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based therapy, facilitate group sessions, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients committed to long-term sobriety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Facilitate family therapy and education to support long-term recovery
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCDC with clinical experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction treatment or mental health counseling
  • Strong understanding of 12-step recovery principles and relapse prevention
  • Experience working with chronic relapsers or long-term treatment models preferred
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping individuals achieve lasting sobriety
