- Full-time, salaried position.
- To provide case management and coordination for individuals with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, many of whom receive Medicaid-funded waiver services.
- Activities include planning, linking, and service coordination as well as monitoring of service provision.
- Position requires ability to organize, manage, and document complex services involving consumers, families, and private providers.
- Candidates need the ability to work effectively with a varied range of ages and disability levels.
- Requires knowledge of developmental disabilities and documentation procedures.
- A working knowledge of client rights and local service systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services plus one year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or other developmental disabilities is required.

Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Services Board Is A Leading Provider in Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Developmental Services. We are one of 40 community-based public providers of mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability services throughout Virginia. The Commonwealth has designated the 40 CSBs as the single point of entry into publicly funded behavioral health and developmental services. HRCSB is supported through local, state and federal funds. We provide an array of programs and supports directly and through partnerships with other providers.
