We are currently hiring a DDA Clinical Supervisor to join our Treasure Valley, Idaho based DDA team.
Children’s Therapy Place is the only full-service outpatient pediatric therapy clinic in the Treasure Valley. Our clinics provide behavioral and developmental support through our developmental disabilities agency as well as speech and language services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and mental health counseling.
Our mission is to empower and support children and their families to live their best lives through our innovative therapy, educational programs, and collaborative multidisciplinary services.

Reports to: DDA Administrator
The DDA Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of service and support elements of the agency, including face-to-face supervision of agency staff providing direct services.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have superior problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, and analytical skills to address complex issues that may arise.
  • Must be a talented team-builder, with the intent to foster a positive cultural environment.
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate in-depth domain knowledge of a variety of evidence-based modalities.
  • Must be able to write logically, succinctly, and clinically to complete assessments and reviews through the ability to connect writing with participant advocacy and treatment approaches to ameliorate or reduce maladaptive behaviors.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must meet the requirements to be an Intervention Specialist as defined in IDAPA 16.03.10.575.03
  • An intervention specialist who will complete assessments or supervise an individual completing assessments must have a minimum of ten (10) hours of documented training and five (5) hours of supervised experience in completing comprehensive assessments and implementation plans for participants with functional or behavioral needs
  • Must have 1000 hours of supervised experience working as an Intervention Specialist or the equivalent to.
