Crisis workers showcase their competencies in short-term care by establishing goals for clients and aiding in achieving them after a crisis. This is the first step to stabilizing high-risk events and is important to bring peace of mind to customers and the community. Our team of crisis workers highlight necessary services, provide information to interest groups, screen referrals and use organizational skills to complete clinical records, work collaboratively with law enforcement and other community partners.
Qualifications:
- Successful candidates must possess a master’s degree from an accredited college in psychology, social work, or another human service-related field with an increased wage for those possessing an LPC, LCSW, or PhD.
- The ability to pass a criminal background check
- Possess a valid driver’s license and agency-approved auto insurance coverage.
- Wages for this exciting position range from $51,900 to $77,800 for master’s level and $56,900 to $85,900 for licensed clinicians, EOEE.
- This unique position has a schedule of one week on and one week off, so you have the time to explore and relax and comes with a 10% sign-on bonus.
