Job Overview
- Provision of multi-culturally sensitive psychotherapy
- Provision of intakes, individual, and group counseling
- Crisis intervention
- Outreach and consultation to the campus community
- Development of a specific area of specialized clinical interest relevant to a college counseling setting
- Participation in agency meetings and projects
2. Eligible for PCLC or Licensed Clinical Social Worker candidate license in MT; post-degree supervision will be provided by licensed CPS staff members
3. Demonstrated clinical experience working with adults including crisis assessment and intervention.
4. Demonstrated sensitivity to and support for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Have effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate successfully with faculty, staff, students, and parents.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills; have the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Possess the ability to be flexible and respond quickly to urgent needs that arise from the campus community.
- Demonstrate the capacity to work autonomously and also engage in collaborative team efforts.
- Have the ability to complete documentation in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and ethical standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of records and information.
- Have the ability to use computer programs (including an electronic health record) to complete job duties and assist in agency functioning.
