Job Overview
Provides ongoing clinical supervision and training to Case Management staff (Including Case Managers for the DCS population, High Needs Case Managers, and Team Leads).
Supervises and assists case management staff in using formal and informal resources for the client, including client transition, discharge, and aftercare plans of behavioral health services. Other duties include:
- Prepares required reports, Inclusive of Incident Reports, Department of Child Safety referrals, QI/QM activities, Performance Audits, compilation of meeting minutes.
- Provides clinical collaboration to coordinate services with other involved agencies, such as Department of Child Safety, Probation and Parole Departments, Division of Developmental Disabilities, schools and other providers.
- Works with the treatment and management teams in implementing agency policies and procedures, acquaints the agency with community trends, identifies gaps In services and works with special projects and committees to better meet the client’s needs.
- Uses the consultation and collaborative team processes in providing coordination of care for clients and to help improve operational processes in the site/agency.
- Provides individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy, case management tasks, facilitates CFT meetings, completes Integrated Service Plans, and completes Comprehensive Assessments as assigned.
- Demonstrates a positive, strengths based attitude of teamwork and shared leadership.
- Uses time efficiently, is well organized, and responds constructively when presented with challenges and obstacles.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited school in the field of social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related behavioral-health field.
- Associate License from the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT). Independent license preferred.
- 3 years’ work experience in behavioral health field post Master’s.
- Must be eligible to be Credentialed & Privileged at a BHP level.
- Management experience highly preferred.

Pay: $57,500.00 – $70,000.00 per year
