As the Clinical Assessment Specialist, which we call a Behavioral Health Professional you will be the entry point for clients in the the Behavioral Health Home to conduct bio psychosocial assessments, provide diagnosis and build care plans with clients and be part of a collaborative team to initiate a clients treatment plan. You will encounter clients with from a wide spectrum of histories, diagnosis and undiagnosed mental illnesses that would included, depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, SUD, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar to name a few. On occasion, you may utilize your crisis experience to conduct a risk assessment, deescalate a client in need in caring, trauma informed approach.

What Do We Need:
- Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, plus 1 to 2 year internship, and 3+ years prior experience in a clinical setting; or related PhD plus three years prior experience in a clinical setting
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed PhD or PsyD or six (6) months from achieving your license
- Experience providing clinical assessments and brief intervention
- Past work with a diversity of populations, cultural competence, mental health diagnosis
