Clinic Coordinator for Pediatric Therapy Clinic

PlayWorks Therapy, Inc. is looking for someone to join our team as a full-time Clinic Coordinator. This position provides support services to our therapists, administrative staff, and clientele, and is responsible for a wide variety of tasks vital to the day-to-day operations of PlayWorks Therapy!

Located in Roscoe Village, PlayWorks Therapy is a multi-disciplinary practice that provides developmental therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, counseling/social work services, and therapeutic preschool services to children birth through twelve years of age. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Prior office management or office administration experience
• Candidate must be trustworthy, able to multi-task, able to work independently and with a team, and have excellent attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Google Workspace programs and Apple interface
• Comfortable learning computer software
• Quickbooks knowledge is a plus
• This is a hybrid position (general schedule will be three in-person days and two work from home days though this is subject to change)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
