Children’s Case Manager
Eligible for up to a $1500 Bonus if you start on or before 06/2/2022!
Assistance Plus has an immediate opening for a caring and compassionate full-time Children’s Case Manager (CCM) covering Newport and the surrounding areas. The CCM will assist clients with a qualifying mental health diagnosis that reside in the community by assisting in the development of community resources, coping skills and natural supports. The CCM is responsible for identifying unmet needs and helping clients and their families to resolve barriers to services, and monitoring the client’s supports to ensure that they match their individual needs.
- Candidates are required to have reliable transportation, $50K/$100K automobile liability insurance and a valid Maine driver’s license, this is a travel position.
- Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree and must attain their Mandt, CPR/First Aid trainings within 90 days of employment (training provided).
