Nsight for life, llc is an ODMHSAS licensed outpatient mental health facility located in in Durant, Ok. We provide screening, assessment, referral, emergency services, and outpatient therapy services in Durant and the surrounding area.
Case manager will provides advocacy, linkage, referral, case management, and independent living skills training to clients who require frequent contact.
Candidate should be self-motivated and able to interact with management, peers, and agency staff while providing services in a respectful and professional manner. Must have reliable transportation and local travel is required.
Candidate must possess current ODMHSAS Case Management II Certification.
Previous experience providing outpatient services is required.
Candidate must possess current ODMHSAS Case Management II Certification.
Individuals currently working on masters in behavioral health preferred.
