Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Tampa Bay area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of clients and their families. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing support to clients and their support teams. This position is primarily onsite with flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other support staff
- Monitor, assess, and adjust intervention strategies to ensure effective outcomes
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to promote goal attainment and skill development
- Maintain thorough documentation and track progress for data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong experience in ABA with a proven track record of successful client outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both onsite and remotely as needed
