Job Description:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Hope Center for Behavior Change, you will be responsible for overseeing ABA programs, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing supervision to RBTs. You will work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to promote generalization and maintenance of skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of ABA and engage in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA services.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
