The Erie County Health Department and Erie County Community Health Center is a public health department and federally qualified health center located on the shores of Lake Erie in Sandusky, Ohio. This is a full-time position in our Behavioral Health Division.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health field from accredited college or university preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities required.
- Experience with multiple treatment settings including inpatient, partial, outpatient, hospital or residential based.
- Valid Ohio driver’s license, current certificate of vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation to all assigned work locations.
- National Incident Management System (NIMS)/Incident Command System (ICS) 100.b, 700.a, and 200.c certifications within one month of employment
