WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A BCBA?

As a BCBA at ABA Alliance Therapy, LLC, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing therapy evaluations, sessions, and interventions to support our clients’ therapy needs:

  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Interpret data and establish measurable goals to create customized therapy plans tailored to each individual.
  • Lead a team of behavior technicians (RBTs), ensuring quality and compliance across clinical services.
  • Conduct assessments, manage individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families for holistic care.
  • Document accurate daily progress notes and review data collection.
  • Stay current with best practices in ABA therapy will ensure high-quality care and continuous improvement in our services.

Your ability to adapt therapy sessions based on clients’ evolving needs and goals will drive positive outcomes. Additionally, providing parent consultations and home program instructions will empower families to continue progress outside of sessions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A BCBA:

The successful candidate for the BCBA position at ABA Alliance Therapy, LLC in Orlando, Florida, must possess a valid license as a BCBA in the State of Florida. Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy, particularly with young children, is preferred. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis (or similar) is required to showcase expertise in the field.

Proficiency in utilizing software and tools related to ABA therapy practice (e.g. Central Reach) is essential for effective client management and progress tracking.

Strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a client-centric, child-first approach are key qualities that will contribute to success in this role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Licensed BCBA in the State of Florida (Required)
  • Master’s Degree (Required)
  • Providing direct ABA therapy: Minimum 2 years (Preferred)
  • Experience working with young children
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism
