Assessment Referral Clinician

What Will You Do?
Provides triage, assessment, and referral services for patients. The Assessment Referral Clinician must demonstrate excellent customer service and have enthusiasm about the program and the Pine Rest organization.

What Does This Role Require?
- Current state certificate from an accredited program. Licensed as LLP, LMSW or LLMSW.
- Obtain and maintain in good standing certification commiserate with treatment provided.
- Ability to provide culturally inclusive care with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community setting.
- Interpersonal relationship skills necessary in order to relate to a wide variety of internal and external contacts including patients and families, multi-disciplinary treatment team members, other hospital employees, and a variety of individuals in the social sphere of the patient under treatment.
