Hourly
A. Provides assistance in functional behavioral assessments which includes interviews, behavioral observations, and data collection.
B. Assists in preference assessment using both indirect and direct methodologies.
C. Assists in providing direct observations and data collection to monitor behavior plan effectiveness.
D. Contributes to the development of function-based interventions to increase pro-social alternative behavior and reduce problem behavior in collaboration with the team.
E. Provides assistance in training parents, teachers, teacher aides, and support staff in implementing treatment protocols.
F. Implements individual behavior support plans.
G. Models strategies in the classroom, as well as in other educational settings (e.g., gym, playground, therapy room) whenever needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:
1. Endure short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
2. Ability to effectively manage children who present with aggressive and self-injurious behavior.
Associate’s degree or more than 60 completed credit hours in Psychology or ESE Discipline, and one (1) year clinical experience working with children with behavioral challenges.
2. Bilingual (English and Spanish).
